He has deployed Talent Management software to private, public sector, and global clients, specializing in third-party integration architecture, Web Dynpro for ABAP, and UI branding.

Tim Simmons has more than seven years of experience as an SAP consultant working with SAP Talent Management applications within the SAP ERP HCM module, including E-Recruiting, Performance Management, and Enterprise Compensation Management.

Originally introduced to the SAP HCM product as a functional/business process subject matter expert, Tim has since transitioned into application consulting, where he balances functional and technical responsibilities with project management tasks. Tim actively participates in various phases of the business development and delivery cycle, including pre-sales, implementation, and support.
