Michael Füchsle worked for several years as a development consultant and business process consultant for SAP AG. As a ramp up coach, he gained in-depth knowledge of the Web Client UI framework in CRM 2007 and CRM 7.0. Since the middle of 2009, Michael has been working as a freelancer on international projects.

Matthias E. Zierke works as a CRM consultant at SAP AG, both on a national and international scale. Previously, he worked at Siemens AG. He holds a degree in information management and a masters degree in management and consulting.
