Sanjjeev K. Singh
Sanjjeev K. Singh is a managing partner at ASAR America, Inc. and a former SAP America CRM consultant and client partner. For more than 19 years, he has helped customers implement SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce, SAP CRM, and SAP ERP. He is extremely passionate about helping customers develop their roadmap and implement customer experience solutions using SAP C/4HANA or SAP Customer Experience. In his current role, he leads SAP Customer Experience practice at ASAR America, Inc., an SAP Customer Experience Certified Gold Partner.
Drew Messinger-Michaels
Drew Messinger-Michaels co-created the CX Business Consulting and Functional Consulting groups within SAP Commerce, along with SAP Customer Experience Expert Services offerings such as the Commerce Capabilities Workshop, Solr Workshop, Roles and Permissions Workshop, Hybris Health Check, and Functional Analyst Certification. He writes and podcasts about arts, culture, and technology, online and elsewhere.
Sven Feurer
Sven Feurer is the senior director of product management for the SAP C/4HANA suite. In his current role, he is leading the adoption of intelligent technologies and analytics across SAP C/4HANA. With more than 13 years of experience in various roles, Sven has a broad set of expertise with the SAP Customer Experience portfolio as well as technical knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud platform technologies. For years, Sven has been driving strategic programs and rollout activities in the context of CRM and customer experience, as well as supporting long-term customer relationships and strategic business development.
Thomas Vetter
Dr. Thomas Vetter is the senior vice president for development of SAP C/4HANA, SAP’s vision for a fourth-generation CRM. In his role, Thomas is responsible for delivering SAP C/4HANA as a fully integrated suite in SAP’s intelligent enterprise. From 2011 – 2018, Thomas was head of global product management and development for consumer industries including retail, consumer products, life science, and wholesale.
Thomas joined SAP in 1994 working on SAP R/2 mainframe development. From 1998 onwards, he headed the ERP global development team in the area of finance and controlling applications. In 2009, he moved to India to manage SAP India’s SAP Business ByDesign application development.
Thomas represents SAP at the Arbeitskreis Organisation der Schmalenbachgesesllschaft, a respected German non-profit research organization. In this function he has co-authored a number of publications on organizational topics. Thomas Vetter got his PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Giessen in Germany after spending research years at University of Washington, Seattle and University of California, Berkeley.
