Caroline Atkinson
Caroline Atkinson has been working in the SAP world since 1992, beginning at Siemens UK where she worked with SAP R/2. She then moved to work directly for SAP where she worked with SAP R/3, SAP ERP, and SAP Business One. In 2010, she joined the SAP Business ByDesign team, and developed a love for the solution. In 2012, she cofounded InCloud Solutions, now a Sapphire company, to focus only on SAP Business ByDesign. The company supports a large number of SAP Business ByDesign customers in a variety of industries.
Caroline has a degree in business studies and has worked in the information technology industry for more than 30 years. Her knowledge of business processes and her ability to match them to customer processes has been the key to her success.
Andrew Howell
Andrew Howell is a vice president for SAP Business ByDesign at Vision33, an SAP partner organization. He graduated from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology located in Ontario, Canada with a degree in business commerce. In 2008, he started his career as a SAP Business One consultant for Illumiti. After five years of implementing SAP Business One with a focus on both finance and the supply chain, he decided to expand his knowledge and experience into SAP ERP EHP 6. Over the course of three years, Andrew implemented this solution and supported various large enterprise accounts with a focus on financial and management accounting. He also managed several very complex data conversion initiatives during this time. After this chapter in Andrew’s career, he was presented with an opportunity to lead the development of a new line of business at Illumiti which focused on SAP Business ByDesign. Over the past seven years Andrew has progressed in his career to senior director and has successfully established a reputable SAP Business ByDesign line of business at Illumiti which placed #2 with SAP in North America in 2021.
At this stage in Andrew’s career, he has been involved in more than 40 implementations covering SAP’s three core ERP solutions. He has experience in many industries such as professional services, manufacturing, distribution, not-for-profit, mining, construction, and more. Andrew is also the co-chair to the SAP Business ByDesign Partner Advisory Council (PAC) for North America.
Thomas Kramer
Thomas Kramer is the head of implementation for cloud ERP solutions at All for One Group in Germany. In 2008, he started consulting for the SAP Business ByDesign at All for One Group in Germany and during that time held a variety of positions such as logistics consultant, presales expert, and project manager. His expertise covers leading projects for organizations in the midmarket segment as well as large international projects within big global corporations. Since 2017, he has led a successful team of SAP cloud ERP consultants with more than 100 SAP Business ByDesign implementations in different industries such as professional service providers, discrete manufacturing, and wholesale and distribution.
Thomas Kramer graduated from DHBW Ravensburg in Germany with a degree in business information systems and achieved a master of science in IT and business process management from the University of Liechtenstein.
Laura Widner
Laura (Becca) Widner is the project director for SAP Business ByDesign at Illumiti, Inc, a Syntax company. Becca has a BA in business administration (management) from St. Leo University and a MS in accounting from Salve Regina University. She has 35 years of traditional accounting experience, is a CPA, and has previously held positions as a controller, accounting manager, SAP Business ByDesign finance consultant, senior finance solution architect, consulting manager, and project manager. Becca has worked with SAP Business ByDesign for more than nine years and implemented dozens of projects in multiple industries including professional services, mining, distribution, production studios, manufacturing, pharma, engineer to order, and construction.
