Venugopal Chembrakalathil
Venugopal Chembrakalathil is a product manager for SAP Workflow Management. He has been working with SAP SE since 2001 in the business process management domain. He is an expert advisor for SAP Workflow Management where his work involves understanding customer requirements, enabling customers to automate their business processes, and ensuring their success in their digital transformation journeys. Venugopal has served as an expert speaker for SAP events like SAPPHIRE, ASUG, and SAP TechEd. Vipin Varappurath
Vipin Varappurath is the director of product success for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) in the SAP P&T Customer Success organization, helping to drive product success for SAP customers on SAP BTP, focused on strategic engagements. In his previous role, he was the head of the Digital Customer Success Team for EMEA and MEE and responsible for driving customer adoption for large customer segments in different phases of project implementation. In this role, Vipin helped companies derive value from their investments in SAP BTP during their transformation journey. Vipin also worked with large SAP ecosystems to help scale SAP BTP to a larger SAP customer base.
In an earlier role, Vipin lead the Customer Success and Engagement team in North America, helping large companies in North America succeed in their digital transformations using SAP BTP. In this role, Vipin has extensively worked with and helped companies derive value from SAP BTP for both their SAP and non-SAP applications and drive value transformation discussions. His team helped companies derive maximum value from SAP BTP for their digital transformation journeys, build new agile applications, and personalize/extend applications for their needs.
Prior to that, Vipin was with the SAP Consulting team and worked on multiple customer projects, helping and advising them as they architected, developed, and implemented cloud-native architecture and resilient application development, integrations, and extensions. He helped companies understand and evaluate the overall landscape and business priorities, thus helping develop cloud transformation plans for the short, medium, and long term. He has also been part of the development organization in SAP, in architect and developer roles for SAP Cloud applications. Vipin is based in Germany.
